What Yesterday teaches us
That we may never forget
That we see where we fall
That we blossom fair and tall

It’s not for the feeble to seize the day
‘Dare Again’ Yesterday debts must be paid
Aim high and take it nice and slow
For all that glitters ain’t really gold

Where to be meek ain’t where to be bold
Where to speak ain’t where to be cold
Wisdom is what Yesterday teaches
Wisdom is what Yesterday preaches

That we blossom fair and tall
That we see where we fall
That we may never forget
What Yesterday teaches us
